This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all purchases made through www.poppydrive.com.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays).
Processing times may be extended during:

- Promotional events
- Inventory audits
- Force majeure events
Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship using reputable Canadian carriers.
Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery delays caused by carriers are outside our control.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

- Shipping speed
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
4. Delivery Timeframes

Failure to deliver within estimated time does not constitute breach unless required by consumer protection legislation.

- Stolen packages
- Incorrect addresses provided by customers
- Delivery delays due to weather or carrier disruptions
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Refusal of delivery
- Failure to collect
The customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
- Notify us within 48 hours
- Provide photographic evidence
If a shipment is marked delivered but not received:
- Customers must contact the carrier first
- We may assist in filing a claim
- Replacement is not guaranteed
8. International Orders
For orders outside Canada:
- Duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs delays are outside our control
- Refused shipments will not receive shipping refunds
9. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once processed.
