6. Undeliverable Packages 

If a package is returned due to: 

  • Incorrect address 
  • Refusal of delivery 
  • Failure to collect 

The customer is responsible for reshipping fees. 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments 

If your order arrives damaged: 

  • Notify us within 48 hours 
  • Provide photographic evidence 

If a shipment is marked delivered but not received: 

  • Customers must contact the carrier first 
  • We may assist in filing a claim 
  • Replacement is not guaranteed 

8. International Orders 

For orders outside Canada: 

  • Duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility 
  • Customs delays are outside our control 
  • Refused shipments will not receive shipping refunds 

9. Order Cancellation 

Orders cannot be cancelled once processed. 

If cancellation is legally required under provincial consumer protection law, we will comply accordingly.
